In my 30+ years of home ownership, Decker’s Carpet Cleaning was by far and away the best carpet cleaning service I’ve ever experienced. Mike and his assistant were very professional in assessing the scope of the work at my home, and took the time to thoroughly explain what services would be carried out. Before starting, he provided a detailed quote which was in line with my expectations. Mike definitely took the time to get the job done the right way, and provided some guidance / suggestions with after-service carpet care, especially since with have dogs in the house. I would recommend Decker’s Carpet Service without hesitation for residential carpet cleaning work. In summary, a very positive experience!
Very positive. Mike is clearly dedicated to providing the highest level of carpet cleaning service. The final product definitely exceeded my expectations. We definitely plan to use Decker’s Carpet Cleaning in the future.

Mike and his brother personally came to my home and cleaned the carpets. They were on time, confirmed the prices up-front, and worked very diligently to get the job done. My wife and I were very impressed with the job they did. Previous vendors of carpet cleaning sent personnel who hurried through the job and produced mediocre results. These fellows really did a good job and we will definitely use them again.

One section of the carpet in the living area needed stretching.  The rest of the service was cleaning the carpet in the living area, two bedrooms and connecting hallways.
Upon arrival, a quote was given for the the stretching and cleaning the carpet, after the areas were designated.  Furniture that remained in the cleaning area was moved away.  Very large furniture (piano) was not moved but furniture such as the couch, decorative trunk, etc. were raised to allow for cleaning the perimeters.  After cleaning, my husband and I were told to walk on the carpet wearing white socks, if necessary.   We were told approximately how long it would take for complete carpet drying.  Moved furniture was put back into place. Questions were answered.  Bill paid.  Totally professional job.

“Carpeting dirt and stains was removed on stairs and 2nd floor game/snack room and bedroom. Very difficult stains and dirt is completely gone.
Mr Decker arrived on time and asked me to walk him through areas to be cleaned. Did a wonderful job. Took over 3 hours and left everything clean including the area where he went through the house.”

Just to follow up, I think you did an absolutely top notch job.  I will, not would, recommend you to anyone needing carpet cleaning.  These days it is very difficult to find the extremely high level of service that you provided.  The preparation, cleaning and finalization service was extremely thorough and was unapproachable by any other service provider that I have experienced in my life.  I am very sincere when I say this because I am in my 60′s now and experienced many many service providers both in business and personal and you are without a doubt the best.  Thanks for the wonderful care that you took.  The carpet looks and feels great again.

I had a wonderful experience with Decker’s Carpet Cleaning; very professional. Mike, the owner, came out to my house to give me a free quote on cleaning my shower, the carpet in 2 rooms and spot treating a couple stains that have been in my carpet for about a year. I was extremely happy with the price he quoted and that he was able to do the work that same day. I was very impressed that he was able the get the year old stains out of my carpet and now it looks brand new again.I would definitely recommend Decker’s Carpet Cleaning to anyone. Mike is very knowledgeable about the work he does and was able to give me some great pointers for the next time I get a stain and how to clean it.

Decker’s Carpet Cleaning saved my carpet! I have 2 pets and 2 toddlers, so I had little expectations of anything dramatic from any carpet cleaning company. 6 months ago I called Decker’s. Not only did Mike get the carpet clean, looking almost new, he deodorized it so that it smelled clean and fresh for weeks! Mike was very honest and trustworthy, and there when he said he would be, no 4 hour window. I am very pleased with Decker’s Carpet Cleaning, and am scheduling another appointment today!

Amazing job! We have our house for sell, and one of the eye sores is our upstairs carpet. Stains are really bad especially in the game room where you can clearly see all the spilled sodas and food. Mike and his team came in and made our carpet look like new!!! I can’t wait to see the feedback we will get now! Thank you Mike for getting us on our way to a better sell for our house. Too bad we can’t take you to our next home in Philly!

Decker’s Carpet Cleaning was great to work with.  We purchased another home and wanted to have the carpets cleaned before moving in.  Mike (the owner) worked around our schedule and came on a Friday evening working until midnight.  The carpets look and smell much better. I like the fact that Mike is a local Kingwood resident and answers the phone when you call.  I plan on having him clean a few couches too.  I would definitely recommend Decker’s Carpet Cleaning.

AWESOME!!! We used another professional cleaning company who told us “Nothing will get your stains out”. Well they were wrong!! We tried everything to get the stains out(Crystal Light and Trix Yogurt red dye) and nothing worked. Well they were able to completely remove EVERY trouble stain and save our security deposit on our house. Can’t recommend them enough!!
